Nor is good design a result of one singular attribute like talent, experience, research, analysis, innovation or even luck.

I believe good design is more than just how good something looks, how well something works or how comfortable something feels – but a fine balance of all these elements including each of the characteristics above. Good design is the results of a thoughtful collaboration between the designer, the client, the user and even the medium. Good design should feel invisible and effortless. Good design should be engaging and intuitive. Good design solves a problem by delivering a complete user experience.
